okie... i won't be commenting on this very long and in detail...
the only defference from other ways, he used brackets to hold the cover. and in this case, u don't have to leave the cap under the books to become flat, because just by using screws on #5,6,7, and leave it for 1 day, it will become flat itself. and instead of using glu guns, he used some kind of rubber material to re-position the LOCK CATCH. and the WIDTH of the rubber material should be exactly 15mm. take a close look at those blue-ish picture~!!
and as far as screwing screws and hold the cap, he used 2 brackets, 1 with two holes, 1 with one hole.
take a close look at the picture #11.
he did not use drills to make holes for brackets.
he used the original holes and screws to hold the brackets. and yet, for some of you might not be able to find those screws on EXPORT versions...
just take a look at the pictures and get ideas~!!!
pros:u can install the original cap back on any time u wished to. no drills or mix and fix~!!! and so...look cleaner~!!!
cons:hard to make brackets for some of you.
need more tools....
i still haven't installed mine yet, because... i have a white LX, and sometimes, silver and white don't go well together.... i have pictures available for black, silver, white, and sandstone.. if anyone want to take a look at it, just let me know~~~
aite~~~ good luck~~~
