Very carefully pull on the marker light housing to get the screw threads to grip the sheet metal nut underneath. You may need a thin screwdriver blade or a pocket knife to pull the light out from the bumper cover. Take care that you don't scar the painted bumper cover. Also, don't go for the brighter #196 (I think that's the number) bulb since it burns hotter than the standard #164 (?) bulb. The extra heat can damage the bulb socket.
