I don't know about the K&N filter, you will have to measure the MAF intake, and then go shop for a K&N filter that fits. The filter I use have a rubber connector air hose that shrinks when I tighten the screw. It is very easy to just remove the air hose from the MAF, and then just measure.

I do not think you must use a K&N filter assembly, it will work fine with any high flow sport filter, but K&N is about the best you can get, so go for it!

Also, if the K&N filter assembly you want to use does'nt fit the MAF, then you can probably buy a converter that can connect the filter assembly to the MAF.
