Well I don't know if it happened before I had the deflector installed because I had it installed by the dealer before I bought the car. Also it does say Hyundai on the installed deflector so it is OEM. Just checked and all the holes are open on the deflector installed in the sunroof, ( no tape covering them ). I'm starting to think the installed deflector is giving me a double negative and it's not making a positive. Since this only happens when I'm doing 35-40 with all windows up and sunroof in full open position it's not a big problem for me so I'll just deal with it.
Here's the vehicle I have. 2004 santa fe LX 3.5L 4wd with factory sunroof. Had dealer install window visors, sunroof deflector and hood deflector. Got the vehicle for a total price after tax, lic and doc fees for $25,000 even. Did I get a deal or no? Only had it a little over a week now and I'm very happy with it so far. Have a good one. :D 8)
