OK, your stock bulbs should be:
Front park/turn signal - a dual filament 1157 amber.
one filament for park, one filament for turn signal, thus the number of wires you see. Separate circuits for park and turn so that your park will remain lit when you turn is flashing. The bulb should look something like this:


Rear park/brake - uses the same dual filament 1157 only clear.
one filament for park, one filament for brake. The bulb should look something like this:


Rear turn signal - uses a single filament 1156 clear. The bulb should look something like this, unless you have replaced it with an amber for the euro tails:


Since the front stock bulb has two contacts on the base for the dual circuits, unless your LED has the same and they devote some of the LEDs for each function, the park & turn ain't gonna happen!
